SOCIAL MEDIA - TERMS OF SERVICE

  • General
    • When InDigita receives the signed proposal, InDigita will send you a list of the information / resources needed to start setting up your account (if you haven’t already done so).
    • Once we have all the resources we need to get started, you can expect it to take 5 (five) business days for your social media marketing campaign to start.
    • Deadlines often depend on the client  – ​​InDigita cannot meet the deadline if the client is late in providing the materials needed to complete the task.
  • Financial
    • All fees are payable in advance.
    • Monthly fees and budgets are from the 1st to the end of each month.
      • If you choose to start the campaign at any time of the month, you will be charged for the entire month.
      • Exceptions may occur only if the schedule is met and additional setup fees may apply.
    • The client consents to pay the preliminary setup fee in full before InDigita starts the setup of the client’s social media account(s).
  • Content
    • If the client decides to provide their own social media content such as designs, blogs, articles, the client needs to send this by the 15th of every month so that InDigita has enough time to prepare and plan for the next month.
    • It is the client’s responsibility to provide all the necessary images (products / staff / buildings / galleries) that are unique to your business for use in social media and advertising. InDigita provides a general stock images if you don’t have / provide a specific image. These stock images may incur additional charges.
    • Two reviews of the content plan are allowed by the client. Feedback should be clear and complete on the first review.
    • Once all the content and information required has been received by the client, the social media setup process can begin.
  • Working hours, response time & emergency contact
    • Working hours are as follows:
      • Monday to Thursday 08h00 – 17h00
      • Fridays 0800 – 15h00
    • Please note that we respond to emails within 24 hours during working hours.
    • For emergencies, please call 063 683 0713
  • Feedback and Turnaround time
    • In the case of any work outside of the usual content plan, such as competition setups, page changes, new ads, etc., please allow two (2) business days.
    • In case of an emergency situation, it will be handled differently.
    • Upon receipt of an advertising concept or content plan from InDigita, feedback needs to be provided within one (1) week.
    • InDigita will assume you accept the work and continue with the campaign if it does not receive feedback within this time frame.
