- The goal of this document is to achieve the greatest possible results in the shortest amount of time feasible by following a set of guidelines to manage project expectations from all parties.
- By accepting these Service Terms, you are agreeing to abide by them:
- ensuring that the project runs as smooth as possible
- deadlines can be met
- any additional costs to the project may be avoided
- POINT OF CONTACT
- During the project briefing, the responsible contact person for your company will be selected. If this changes (for example, if a new point of contact is appointed), a new project briefing will be planned. We will bill you for any additional time at our usual hourly rate.

- CONTENT
- Unless the option to have InDigita develop the website content material is selected, the client is responsible for providing all written content for the website in an MS Word document.
- If the client requests that the information be provided in an MS Word document but refuses, you will be charged an hourly fee for the time it takes our staff to copy your content into an MS Word document.
- It is the client’s responsibility to submit all images relevant to your organisation that must be utilised on the website, such as products, staff, buildings, etc. (InDigita will provide generic stock imagery which may be billed additionally).
- Within five (5) business days of receiving the original draft, InDigita requires input on the content.
- InDigita will not begin the design process until all parties have received and authorised all content needed to be included in the website (pictures and text).
- NB! If you do not provide input on the content within five (5) working days after receiving the initial draft, InDigita will consider it accepted and proceed forward with the design process, and you will be charged for any more adjustments.
- DESIGN FEEDBACK
- Feedback on InDigita’s website design concepts must be provided within five (5) business days.
- If InDigita does not get response within this time frame, it will assume that you have approved the design and will move on to the next phase.
- If you desire to submit comments after this period, a new project kick-off meeting will be planned, and you will be charged for the extra time.
- The client understands that their project will be pushed back in the development queue.
- No telephonic instructions will be implemented; all feedback must be submitted via email.
- ONCE-OFF SEO
- On the test link, no optimization will be done. We won’t check the page speed, for example, until the website is live.

- TEST LINK
- Within five (5) working days of receiving the test link, feedback must be supplied.
- InDigita will move on to another project if you do not offer input within the requisite five (5) working days after receiving the test link, and will provide you with future deadlines in which we will be able to return to your project.
- WEBSITE BUG FIXING
- Once the website is up, we provide a two-week testing period. Any technical faults or glitches will be fixed at no cost during this time.
- After this time, InDigita’s contract responsibilities shall be regarded satisfied, and the contract will be considered closed.
- All input should be gathered into a single list and sent to InDigita.
- ADDITIONAL SITE CHANGES / OUT OF SCOPE
- Following the website problem fixing stage, any updates to the website will be paid separately.

- GOING LIVE
- Once the balance payment is received, your website will only then go live.
- Our technical support team needs to monitor your website for the first several days after it goes live, your website will therefore only go live between Monday to Thursday.
